Sally Menser was born in Ticonderoga, N.Y., home of the Ticonderoga pencils. She met her husband, James, in her hometown. She says she married her best friend, and they have been married for 39 years. They have two children who attended Berean Baptist Academy: Amy and Michael. They have been blessed with eight grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
Sally attends Berean Baptist Church and has been actively serving in the bus ministry for the last fourteen years.
After a tour in Spain, a military move brought the Mensers to Fayetteville. They were stationed at Pope Air Force Base from 1981-1986. She realized her need for our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ. The military brought them back in 1991. She has been working at Berean Baptist Academy since 2000.
Sally enjoys making cards and scrapbooking. She also sews, refinishes furniture, and does some upholstering.
