The Berean Baptist Academy Bulldogs Varsity drop 5-3 game to Gospel Light despite efforts of Kim

         Ty Kim did all he could to give the Berean Baptist Academy Bulldogs Varsity a boost, but it wasn't enough to get past Gospel Light, as the Berean Baptist Academy Bulldogs Varsity lost 5-3 in six innings at Gospel Light on Friday. Kim reached base three times in the game for the Berean Baptist Academy Bulldogs Varsity. He singled in the third inning.

         A Ball got it done on the hill on the way to a win. He allowed three runs over five innings. He struck out 10, walked four and surrendered three hits.  

        Gospel Light never trailed after scoring three runs in the third on an error and a two-run single by H Anderson.  Gospel Light quickly matched the Berean Baptist Academy Bulldogs Varsity's strong inning with a two-run inning of its own in the fourth. Gospel Light scored on a two-run error.

        Two runs in the top of the fifth helped the Berean Baptist Academy Bulldogs Varsity close their deficit to 5-3. A passed ball and a groundout by Daniel An triggered the Berean Baptist Academy Bulldogs Varsity's comeback but, Ball got Nicolas Lazatin to strike out to end the inning.
